  • 1 oz of Peach Liqueur
  • 1/2 oz of St Germain (alt: elderflower cordial)
  • 1 tsp of Lemon Juice
  • 4 oz of Prosecco (alt: champagne)

Instructions

Build in a tin to let the foam die down and then pour into a chilled flute.
