Apricot Fizz - Cocktail Recipe

Ingredients
- 2 1/2 oz of Apricot Brandy
- 1 oz of Lemon Juice
- 1/2 tsp of superfine sugar (alt: sugar)
- 4 oz of club soda (alt: clear soda)
Instructions
Pour the apricot brandy, lemon juice and sugar into a cocktail shaker half-filled with ice cubes. Shake well, and strain into a collins glass almost filled with ice cubes. Add the club soda, stir well, and serve.More cocktails with apricot brandy
