Apricot Anise Collins - Cocktail Recipe

Ingredients
- 1 1/2 oz of Gin
- 1 1/2 tsp of anisette
- 1/2 oz of Apricot Brandy
- 1 tbsp of Lemon Juice
- 1 slice of lemon
- carbonated water (alt: sparkling water)
- ice cubes (alt: ice)
Instructions
Shake gin, brandy, anisette, and lemon juice with ice and strain into a collins glass over ice cubes. Fill with carbonated water and stir lightly. Decorate with the slice of lemon and serve.More cocktails with gin
