Absinthe Olde-style - Cocktail Recipe

Ingredients
- 1 tbsp of granulated sugar (alt: sugar)
- 2 oz of absente herbal liqueur (alt: lime citron liqueur)
- 1/2 tsp of liquid wormwood extract (alt: peppermint extract)
Instructions
Pour the Absente liqueur (legal to import), granulated sugar, and 20 drops (approx 1/2 tsp) liquid wormwood extract (available from many health food stores -- Herb Pharm is a good choice) into a shaker with ice. Shake well, strain into an old-fashioned glass, and serve.More cocktails with sugar
